The area is quiet, but only a 15 min walk to the great cafes, restaurants, and bars in Hornstull. Södra Station is only 10 minutes walk away, or take the #55 bus right in front of the building. Rent includes, water, heating, wifi, and electricity. Rental for at least 1 year, but possibility to extend for another 1 year, depending on BRF approval.
