The building also has a shared laundry room. The location Skaraborgsgatan is very quiet and largely traffic-free, so you can actually sleep with the windows open in summer. That said, Slussen, Medborgarplatsen, Folkungagatan and Götgatan are all a short walk away, with metro and buses within 5 minutes on foot. Rental We are 2 people living here, and relocating to London for work. Looking for tenants for 12 months with the possibility of extending the rental further. All utilities (electricity, heat, water, wifi) are included in the rent. The apartment will be provided furnished.
