Vi hyr ut vår fina, möblerade tvåa i Hornstull under januari och februari. Lägenheten har öppen spis, utsikt över vattnet och balkong i söderläge. Den ligger en trappa upp med ett café på bottenplan. Vi söker en lugn och ordningssam person eller ett par som tar hand om hemmet och följer föreningens ordningsregler. Ingen möjlighet till förlängning då vi själva flyttar tillbaka efter perioden. I hyran ingår el, vatten och bredband. Området bjuder på mysiga caféer, restauranger och närhet till tunnelbana. - We are renting out our apartment in Hornstull during January and February. The apartment has a fireplace, views toward the water, and a south-facing balcony. It’s on the first floor, with a café just downstairs. We’re looking for a responsible and considerate person or couple who will take good care of the home and follow the building’s rules. Extension isn’t possible, as we’re moving back in afterward. Electricity, water, and internet are included in the rent. The neighbourhood offers plenty of cafés, restaurants, and easy access to the metro.
