Subject to some change compared to pics. - I/landlord am the owner of the apartment. - Separate kitchen + combined living/bedroom (140cm bed). - cellar storage room. Rent includes co-op fee (föreningsavgift), heating, water supply, electricity up to 250SEK, internet. No pets or parties allowed.
