ROOM FOR RENT 1 room available for a woman, starting from 7 of June. The apartment is situated centrally on Södermalm. The room is part of a large apartment in which the room and a WC is yours alone and we share kitchen and bathroom. We are jointly responsible for cleaning the shared spaces and there is a laundry room in the basement. Wi-Fi is included. You are: a non-smoker cleanly and considerate of the neighbors You are NOT ALLOWED TO REGISTER at the adress and not allowed have pets or children in the room/apartment. The room is only for you and friends or partners are not allowed to stay in the room/apartment. The 5000 SEK (or 500 euro) deposit will be re-payed if the room is in the original condition when moving out.
