We rent out room which is located in central Stockholm. We rent out room which is located in central Stockholm. The room is located in the cozy neighborhood of Södermalm on Repslagargatan two minutes from Slussen T-bana and close to Mariatorget and Medborgarplatsen. The room is furnished with: desk, chair, carpet, bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, fridge-freezer, microwave, mirror. Electricity, heating, and Internet (wi-fi) is included. also included: roomcleaning twice/month,weekly cleaning of schared spaces,recycling,soap,handsoap,bakingpaper ( observe that no schampoo, showergel or Washing powder is included) You will share the kitchen and bathroom with apartment owner (who is family with children and a dog) NOTE Do not search if you are sound sensitive (because there are children in the home) some sounds can be heard Adress ?yes ,if we make an agreement on it The room is free Looking for someone from OBS 1/6.2026 Rent:6490kr guests/visit 295 SEK per night One month's rent in deposit.(2 month notice from the end of the month) if you are interested send pm to me & tell you about yourself who you are, what do you work or study to and from when you are looking for accommodation and how long time
